Measure the circumference of your hand
- Place the measuring tape on the widest part of your open hand
- Below the knuckles, above the base of the thumb
- Do not include the thumb
- The tape measure should be relaxed but not too loose
Make a size decision
For intermediate measurements: Tend towards the larger size for better blood circulation.
Fitting tips
- Too tight: Restricted blood circulation and mobility
- Too wide: Reduced finger dexterity and thermal performance
- Optimal: Fingers have slight room to manoeuvre, no slipping
