In case of deterioration of the good and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), which partially cannot be returned or can only be returned in a deteriorated condition or not at all, you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only to the extent the use or the deterioration is due to using the good, beyond testing its properties and functioning. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods.
